Expressions of interest invited from the GM VCSE sector to provide a Peer Support/Link Worker service in Trafford

Expressions of Interest (EOI) are being invited for a new VCSE-Led Peer Support/Link Worker Service from Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust (GMMH) .

The contract will be between the successful Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (sector) VCSE Provider and Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust. The contract period will be for 1 year and is intended to commence 1 April 2019, there is a maximum budget of £150,000 (12-month value) available for this service. Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust is prepared to receive expressions of interest from the Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (sector) for the provision of a Peer Support/Link Worker service which will support referrals to the Primary Care Mental Health & Wellbeing Service (PCMHWS) and deliver peer support for those service users identified as requiring peer support.

There is an application process and GMMH will take the decision on the successful provider based on which provider offers the best fit to the service specification.
