Sector 3 is an emerging network of likeminded organisations who are working together to make the Voluntary, Community, Faith and Social Enterprise (VCFSE) Sector stronger and more resilient across Stockport. Sector 3 aims to bring peers together to collaborate, support one another, to share resources, expertise and voice, and to further develop opportunities that will help them become sustainable and deliver more social impact.
The Sector 3 Steering Group held a meeting on 23rd May 2019 in which it was agreed to engage with Stockport VCFSE organisations on a wider scale as we formalise a working group to shape Sector 3.
Sector 3 will now be formalising the group structure in these next stages of development. We welcome all those interested in representing the sector to put themselves forward as a member of the Sector 3 Working Group to help shape Sector 3.
A Sector 3 working group meeting will be held on Wednesday 3 July 2019, 13:00 – 15:00 at Walthew House, Stockport, SK2 6QS. The workshop will encourage discussions in regards to Sector 3's Mission shaped from the Communication Session, discuss the drafted Terms of Reference, identify any gaps in these and form an agreement with both. Second part of workshop to discuss commitment pledges and roles of the Working Group.
