Delivered in partnership with the Community Foundation and Shelter, the primary focus of the fund is to test trail-blazing solutions to the issues that vulnerable people face whilst renting.

Projects need to be based in Greater Manchester and should cover at least one of the ten boroughs (Bolton, Bury, Manchester, Oldham, Rochdale, Salford, Stockport, Tameside, Trafford, Wigan). Grants of between £10,000 and £100,000 per year for up to 3 years are available. Deadline: 30 September, 17:00
