Breakthrough UK is a Manchester based disabled people’s organisation. Led by disabled people, they support other disabled people to work and live independently.
The organisation is keen to understand the feasibility of investing in a new Social Enterprise which will form part of the next stage of Breakthrough’s development.
They intend to develop a social enterprise that reflects the values and strategic objectives of Breakthrough UK and provides reinvestment opportunities to their organisation.
They are looking for a consultant, or two consultants, to conduct primary market research and early feasibility into the development of two possible social enterprise models which will benefit disabled people in Greater Manchester: a bakery or an employment support agency.
They would like someone with a strong understanding and working knowledge of Social Enterprise sector and models. A proven track record in producing personalised feasibility studies which have led to the successful development of sustainable Social Enterprises.
